What if I wish to cancel my order?

The following information applies to orders placed on the Premier Balloons website and telephone orders only (if you have purchased in store, please speak to a member of our sales team for more information 0161 773 1394 / email: info@premier-balloons.co.uk).

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a small cooling period , during which time you can cancel your order with us. The cooling off period starts the moment you place your order and up to 48 hours before the balloons will be ready to receive from delivery or collect in store. Your cancellation must be sent to us within these 48 hours in writing either by email to info@premier-balloons.co.uk, post to Premier Balloons, Percivals, 24 Longfield Centre, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1AY or By telephone 0161 773 1394.

What if the item/s is faulty or missing?

If you have noticed a defect or fault on your item/s, please make a note of this on your delivery note and contact our Customer Services team on 0161 773 1394 or email info@premier-balloons.co.uk as soon as you are able. We will do our best to help resolve any issues that you have as quickly as possible and in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations. We will do quality checks to determine where the issue has come from. If a item is missing from your order or damaged we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing or damaged item only, not the whole order.

Under any other circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of Premier Balloons.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services team on 0161 773 1394 or email info@premier-balloons.co.uk and we will do our best to help resolve any issues that you have. Issues will be resolved within a 3-4 day working period.
